Prices are quoted per holiday apartment not per person so if you have a family of four or 6 you pay one price for the apartment. Please go to our contact page advising the dates you require, the apartment you prefer and for how many persons. we will get back to you very soon with the apartment price. Please be aware that with many others you will have to pay a breakage deposit, agents fee and you may also have to pay £60.00 for the cleaning on departure. Also with many others you will find that you cant enter the apartment or hotel before 12 pm and you must vacate at 11 am on the day of departure.
Payment, Arrival and Departure. With us you just pay on arrival after inspecting the quality of the apartment. We feel that this is a safer for you with all these scams going around and holiday companies going out of business. Advise your flight times and we will try our best to make sure that the apartment is available for the time yoy would like to arrive. We don't expect you to vacate the apartment before you are good and ready to head for the airport so give us your ideal departure time. No additional payment is required as long as times are agreed on the day of booking.
Every picture on our website is of the actual holiday apartments. You will find pictures of every room and balcony views. All holiday apartments are fitted with good quality beds and linen, all have En-suite as standard, separate w/c and showers room. Kitchens are fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. Each holiday apartment has an iron, hair dryer and beach towels, you will also find many clean bath towels on arrival. Every lounge has full leather sofas, high quality dining table and chairs, large flat screen TV with English channels, Play Station with games and DVD player with a selection of movies. Balcony`s to each apartment have patio furniture and all have excellent beach or swimming pool views.
All of our holiday apartments are very secure and located on lower floors. The Alitana 2 bedroom is on the ground floor with private garden, patio and BBQ. This wonderful apartment has electric shutters to every window for added security.
